upublic is a friend of upublic Education Fund, an independent non-profit with a mandate to provide a better mechanism for philanthropy to connect with educationally viable, fiscally responsible, community-based educational initiatives that meet the real needs of underserved learning populations.


EduChina

upublic maintains a strategic partnership with EduChina Group (www.educhina.com.cn) after signing an MOU with the Chinese firm in March 2007. The two organizations share a strong commitment to advancing education initiatives relevant to the needs of teachers and students in the 21st century. In the coming months, upublic and EduChina plan to begin collaboration on a range of projects in China that include the development of new professional schools of education and regional teacher training centers, and the distribution of upublic's teacher assessment and professional development software.

upublic and Scholars International Group (www.scholarsinternational.com), a family-run education foundation and school management company in Dubai, have partnered to undertake innovative K-20 and teacher education projects in the Middle East and India. These market-driven initiatives are aimed at bringing positive, sustainable change to communities through the aggressive development of new institutions of learning and practice.
